We can provide a replacement key only if you have the key code found on the metallic tag supplied with your keys at purchase or obtained from copying an original key. If you do not have the key code or an original key, we can offer to re-lock your Disklok. Please see the details below for more information. For security reasons, Disklok does not manufacture keys on-site, and there is only one authorised location in the UK for this service.
Submitting a key code: If you have a key code, please purchase the replacement key on the website and enter your key code in the key code section. Failing to do so may cause a delay in processing your order. Please note that the key code usually begins with the letters A, B, or D, followed by four digits. Important: The Disklok ID number inside the disk is for manufacturing purposes only and is not linked to the key number. Once your payment is received, your order will be processed and delivered within 7-10 working days.

Submitting an original key: If you need us to create a copy of your key, please place an order on the website and enter “original key” in the key code section. Then, send your key via recorded delivery along with your order number and return address. To ensure the key is protected during transit, please wrap it securely to prevent it from puncturing the envelope, or use a padded envelope (this is recommended). It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the key reaches us safely. Once we receive your key, your order will be processed and delivered back to you within 10-14 working days.
