Refunds and returns 

UNWANTED ITEMS

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging wherever possible, and will be inspected upon return.

Please do not apply any extra tape or labels directly to the original Disklok box. Instead, place the item in additional packaging — for example, a refuse sack or outer box — to protect it during transit. Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please ensure they are well packaged and protected against damage.

If you would like assistance with returning your Disklok, we offer two options via DPD Returns:

  • Drop-off at a DPD location: £8.95 per box

  • Collection from your address: £18.95 per box

To arrange a return using one of these services, please contact us and we will provide the necessary instructions.

We regret that we cannot issue refunds or exchanges after the 14-day cancellation period has passed.

DAMAGED AND FAULTY ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after receiving it. We may request photos or a description of the issue to help us assess the best way to resolve the problem.

If a return is necessary for a refund, replacement, or repair, we offer return options based on the size and nature of the item:

  • For Diskloks and other larger items, we can arrange a return via DPD Pickup Returns. You can either:

    • Drop off your item at a local DPD drop-off point (we will provide the details)

    • Or arrange a collection from your address

We will cover the cost of returns for faulty or damaged items in these cases.

Please retain any receipts or documentation related to your return.

You will receive email confirmation once we receive your returned item. After inspection, we’ll proceed with a replacement or refund if the item is confirmed to be faulty. If no fault is found, we will contact you to discuss the next steps.


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

If you have a damaged or faulty item and have purchased from outside the UK, then please contact us before sending them back to us. If an item is returned without notification, then we cannot issue the cost of the return back to you.

IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES

We understand that goods need to be examined and in some cases installed; however, you as the consumer have a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. Goods must be returned in or with the original packaging wherever possible.

Please note, return procedures may take longer during peak order times, you will be contacted as soon as possible.
